Matthew is currently completing his undergraduate degree in Earth and Environmental Science with a specialization in Water Science. For his undergraduate thesis course (Earth 436A), he will focus on characterizing adjacent surging glaciers in the St. Elias Mountain Range with links to subglacial hydrology. Matthew is looking forward to learning more about remote sensing and advancing his knowledge of glaciers while conducting research with the University of Waterloo Glaciology Research Group.
