Michael is a master’s student under the supervision of Dr. Christine Dow. His focus is on the modelling of subglacial hydrological processes at Trinity-Wykeham Glaciers in the Canadian Artic using the Ice-sheet and Sea-level System Model (ISSM).
Michael completed his undergraduate studies at the Memorial University of Newfoundland’s Grenfell Campus, where he majored in physics and computational mathematics.
Outside of academics, Michael’s interests include cooking and playing the guitar and bass.
